There are several kinds of exercises that you can perform to help you jump higher in volleyball. These can include exercises like two-foot ankle hops, forward skips, skips with kickback, double leg vertical jump, lateral cone hops, split squat jump, double leg tuck jump, double leg butt kick, single leg vertical jump, and squat depth jump.
You can develop your own volleyball jumping program by combining a couple or so of these different exercises for jumping higher in volleyball. What is important is that you are able to stick to your routine. In this manner, you will be able to exercises regularly and properly.
